At Luotea, we want to do the right thing. We follow ethical principles in all our operations and expect the same from our suppliers. We support the UN Global Compact initiative and its principles on human rights, labour rights, the environment, and anti-corruption. It is important for Luotea to maintain an organisational culture where everyone can report any violations or suspicions of actions that violate laws or Luotea’s guidelines, for example through the whistleblowing channel. Our goal is to ensure that no harm or violations occur in our operations.
To ensure the responsibility of our operations, we have defined the principles of responsible business practices – our Code of Conduct, which also applies to our contracted suppliers.
