Typical customer locations
  • Office Shop or shopping center
  • School or swimming pool
  • Factory or repair shop
  • Residential property
  • Social and healthcare facilities
  • Various public administration locations 
Common tasks
  • Daily maintenance cleaning and cleaning of social facilities, offices, and meeting rooms
  • Collecting dishes in the dishwasher, vacuuming, wiping and cleaning various surfaces
  • Cleaning and ordering cleaning equipment and cleaning agents and textiles
  • Possibly also laundry services or basic cleaning tasks, such as window cleaning or wiping high surfaces 
Tools, machines, and methods
  • Various machines and equipment, such as a cleaning trolley with tools or a combination machine according to the location
  • Work phone for mobile tracking of your working hours and easy communication with your supervisor and colleagues, as well as receiving up-to-date information
  • You will receive orientation on all tools and machines, ergonomics, and occupational safety
Working hours and shifts
  • The location determines whether your task is full-time (37.5 hrs/week) or part-time
  • Shifts are scheduled according to the location, emphasizing mornings, days, or evenings
Driver's license

  • Tasks are usually performed together with a work partner
  • Such as floor polishing and waxing, wax removal, dusting high surfaces, window cleaning with a long pole or crane, pressure washing furniture and carpets, sauna or staircase cleaning, etc.
  • Cleaning tool maintenance

  • Various machines and equipment, such as a combination machine or floor maintenance machine.
  • Work phone for clocking your work hours on the go and easily connecting with your supervisor and colleagues, and receiving up-to-date announcements.
  • You will receive training on all tools, machines, ergonomics, and work safety.

Working hours and shifts

  • Work is often full-time (37.5 hrs/week).
  • Shifts usually focus on mornings or evenings, and occasionally work is also done on weekends.

Driver's license

  • You need at least a B-category license.

Driver's license
  • Having a B-category license and the ability to use your own car is advantageous as it facilitates commuting between locations during the workday.

Site Supervisor

Typical customer locations
  • Named one large site or multiple smaller sites or limited area sites, a more detailed description can always be found in the job advertisement.
  • Designated offices, stores, factories, etc.
Common tasks
  • Organizing and guiding daily tasks at the site, participating in daily cleaning work, communicating with the customer, quality control, and employee training.
  • Cleaning tool maintenance

  • Work phone for clocking your work hours on the go and easily connecting with your supervisor and colleagues, and receiving up-to-date announcements.
  • You will receive training on all tools, machines, ergonomics, and work safety.

  • Shifts usually focus on weekday mornings, and if necessary, work is also done on weekends and evenings.
Driver's license
  • Having a B-category license and the ability to use your own car is advantageous as you may sometimes need to transport cleaning tools between locations.
Language skills
  • Fluent Finnish language skills are often a requirement, but in many locations English language skills are sufficient.
Previous experience/education
  • We prefer a cleaning industry education and previous experience as a site supervisor.
  • If necessary, you can receive training through us via an apprenticeship.
