Facility Service Company Luotea

As of 31 December 2025, Lassila & Tikanoja Plc will be divided into two separate listed companies: Luotea Plc and Lassila & Tikanoja Plc. L&T’s Facility Services business will operate under Luotea, while L&T’s Circular Economy business will continue under the newly listed company Lassila & Tikanoja.
