What Luotea Expects from Suppliers
Luotea also expects that suppliers and subcontractors will follow these guidelines in all their operations. Therefore, suppliers should familiarize themselves with this instruction and act and develop their operations in accordance with it. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that its staff, suppliers, and subcontractors act in accordance with this instruction
The supplier is obligated to inform Luotea if they use subcontractors.
Luotea's Requirements for Suppliers
Suppliers must follow laws and international standards, including labor and environmental laws. Luotea values compliance with the UN's principles on human rights and labor rights and expects similar commitments from suppliers. Rights to union organization for employees are also supported
Principles for Conducting Business
Suppliers should follow wage laws, combat corruption, and protect confidential information without conflicts of interest.
Respect Human Rights
Luotea expects suppliers to respect human rights, promote equality, and guarantee voluntary and fair work without discrimination.
Ensuring Health and Safety
The supplier shall guarantee a safe work environment, prevent accidents, and abuse of alcohol or drugs.
Reducing Environmental and Climate Impact
Luotea requires suppliers to follow environmental laws and initiatives, promote environmental responsibility, and set goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Supplier Evaluation
Luotea evaluates suppliers through self-assessments and has the right to terminate cooperation if deficiencies are not rectified.
Whistleblowing - Reporting
Luotea does not accept any misconduct and wants to be informed about any suspected misconduct without delay.
If any misconduct is ongoing within Luotea, you as a supplier can use whistleblowing to alert Luotea's management about this. This is done by contacting:

Please state this in your notification through our reporting channels and request a meeting where you can orally report the incident. NOTE: The oral report will be documented either through recording (with your consent) or through minutes that you approve.
