A report does not entail any negative consequences for the reporter, but dishonest reports are not allowed. All reported cases are treated confidentially and under confidentiality.

Would you rather submit your report verbally and/or through a physical meeting? Please state this in your notification through our reporting channels and request a meeting where you can orally report the incident. NOTE: The oral report will be documented either through recording (with your consent) or through minutes that you approve.

Examples of misconduct:

• Actions that are contrary to our way of acting
• Bribery
• Frauds
• Victimization
• Other offences
